LIGHTNESS
After spending what feels like an eternity struggling with the anxiety that so often overwhelms you, you begin to let go, distancing yourself from situations that are impossible to ‘turn around’.
You no longer persist in fighting what you cannot change, and when you are no longer gripped by the urge to fix things at all costs, that is when a wonderful feeling emerges: LIGHTNESS takes over. Your heart is thus given a new lease of life to nurture your desires, to strive for your goals with determination but without anxiety, free from stubbornness.
Your state of mind and the desire for redemption are revitalised.
Anxiety subsides and courage rises.
You feel energised and want to put that energy to use.
You recharge as you move, ceasing to chase after things.

A TIME IN THE JOURNEY
Love in all its forms (across the various levels of relationship – not just romantic or sexual ones…) is not measured in years but in the mutual understanding shown in guiding others (not imposing on them) along a path you may already have travelled, in the supportive gesture of an opportunity light-years away from obligation, and in genuine respect.
Love is an energy which, along the journey, can manifest itself as a bond that gives you oxygen, allowing you to ‘fly with your feet on the ground’, or, as you navigate life, can lead you to land on ‘forgotten shores’…
Certainly, true love does not shackle, does not possess anyone and, above all, takes vulnerability into account.
Love does not justify everything; love supports what is conscious within the freedom to choose, without the shadow of manipulation.
Only those within a relationship can understand whether a difference might be a limitation or an opportunity for a new beginning, amidst life’s inevitable ‘ups and downs’.
In an age of ‘constant rushing about and being in debt to time’, we sometimes get the idea that age merely ‘advances in numbers’ and increasingly becomes a cage, a ‘usurious hourglass’, that ‘time, the judge’, is always right, with an enormous weight which, as it flows, does not give you the chance to lighten the load, and that there is an inescapable legacy to follow...
But fortunately, it isn’t always like that; it isn’t a ‘social algorithm’. In any relationship, there must be no form of dependence (financial or otherwise)
but a constant sense of reliability – that’s what matters!
Every person must be independent; they must stand on their own two feet! Only then can you truly walk in step with a travelling companion.
Certain emotions can only be soothed in this way, with a hug. Certain hugs, or ‘hugs’ brimming with courage, mend what words have broken or failed
to express…
Age is just a number; it’s not a sticker with an expiry date. The future isn’t calculated but built, one step at a time, one step at a time; you walk, but without any run-up.
I therefore believe that ‘normality’ is the boundary that many impose on themselves out of fear of exploring. I prefer to walk freely, seeking the harmony that opens up every view (sometimes a grand door opens before me) onto the world, in the charm of a ‘caress of light’ beyond every dark corner, through artistic languages and in creating new connections, without disruption, far from ‘comfortable validation’...

MUSIC KNOWS YOU
Have you ever noticed that music knows you better than anyone else?
It surprises you, gets under your skin, and reads your innermost thoughts without asking for explanations.
There’s a song you listened to while crying, one that made you smile from ear to ear, and one that saved you when you didn’t even know what you needed saving from…
And it doesn’t matter if it was rock, trap, metal, or a classical symphony, a raw guitar or an out-of-tune piano, the true mix takes shape in the soul.
If it touched you, it gave you a burst of life; sometimes you don’t need answers, all it takes is a melody, a voice singing what you can’t put into words…
A rhythm that makes your heart beat when everything else stops.
That’s how music is, it enters a realm where others can’t reach,
where sometimes it hurts you, sometimes it makes you dance, other times it makes you reflect, and sometimes it can heal you.
Music transforms your joy or pain into sound and gives it to you; it doesn’t ask who you are, it embraces you, takes you by the hand, and brings you home.

AND YET I WON'T GIVE UP
I don’t want to look at the world through the eyes of someone who’s already decided to give up.
Those who love you don’t protect you from your dreams, they help you overcome the fear of pursuing them...
I’d rather fail while pursuing something that’s good for me,
take the path that makes my heart shine along the way,
than spend my whole life feeling the weight
of an abandoned dream because someone else was afraid or envious of me.
My own fears are enough, there are plenty of them, even if I don’t usually show it;
I know them well, one by one,
I know them by name, and I don’t even have room for someone else’s fears.
I have to balance my load to take any path I feel is worth it, if it makes my heart race, taking into account possible falls but also potential comebacks.
If dreams are already hard to pursue when you believe in them, imagine how much harder it is when you start carrying a load of doubts in your luggage, not just your own, but also those of people who don’t have the courage to even try taking a step.
Despite the constant struggle that sometimes suffocates me during the fight, I still don’t give up.
If you want to walk beside me, help me find the courage, and perhaps I’ll be able to lighten the load so I don’t give up.
Otherwise, go your own way, don’t add any more weight to this backpack.

CHOOSE YOURSELF
Waiting to feel better before living is an excuse we tell ourselves, one of the most insidious traps we can fall into and thus we cut ourselves off from any chance of growth.
Not because life is fair rather than unfair, but often fate is a consequence of our intuition, which can be a (sometimes decisive) “modulator” of what ultimately happens to us.
Our dramas often stem from attachment to the external world, from an image that is perfect according to external standards but is destined to shatter…
No one can convince you or trap you in the same situation; others are there as a source of inspiration, not as a deceptive point of comparison (and that can turn out to be a curse).
Only you, by respecting your own identity, can change form,
and when you manage to change it without losing, or selling short your soul,
then you can set out toward an updated version of yourself; you don’t erase the past you simply put it in its place and move on...
The threshold of change isn’t comfortable, but it’s the boundary you must cross to avoid getting stuck in an environment that no longer supports your growth,
when you realize you’re not being valued.
A proactive life doesn’t come from some magical thought,
but from every small action you take every single day, to push aside resignation in the face of a rough patch or a situation where you don’t feel valued…
When you realize that you’re living a life that doesn’t “resemble you” at all…
Realizing that staying where you are takes more effort than trying to change means not giving in to the stagnation of discouragement that may have overtaken you, to the “I’m not ready” mindset and taking action anyway, even with trembling legs… but you take that step and move beyond the fear of regret.
Anxiety subsides; courage rises.
“We are who we are because of everything we’ve been through”
(says Rocco Papaleo)
It’s true that every real transformation involves a crisis, a moment when you no longer recognize the parameters you’d based your life on, because you’re letting go of who you were, but you don’t yet see clearly who you’re becoming.
Trying to get through it doesn’t mean succeeding right away; it means stopping being an accomplice to your own downfall… it means doing one small thing every day, right after you’ve faltered, even when your motivation is low or nonexistent…
Then you begin to embrace change, even in small doses; it can start with even the slightest movement—two steps that then become 10 or 100, and so on...
In life, change should occur not through explanation, but through replacement.
Change can emerge from writing from two lines on a page that, in their essence, can then open up an entire book...
You don’t have to fix everything right away; it’s not realistic to do so.
You don’t have to have clear-cut answers already.
You can simply start listening to yourself.
Stop chasing approval; stop letting yourself be sidetracked by “how others see you” while you’re fighting for your goals.
You don’t have to become someone else, you have to choose yourself!
A little more each day.
And return home, in harmony with your true nature.
“In life, one shouldn’t seek the ultimate truth often, everyone has their own, but one must identify all the false certainties we hold.”
(Socrates)
Perhaps it isn’t love that we lack, but the right distance to give relationships breathing room,
without the distortion of that “digital pulse” that today seems to mark the rhythm of “normality.”

HEALING
Healing isn’t about rewriting your past;
it’s about taking back the remote control so you can choose the programming.
Healing is wearing your scars without hesitation, as traces of the past,
not as a chain.
It’s about stopping old pain from dictating what you see,
what you feel, and the direction of your steps.
This is what healing is:
Stripping old wounds, whether physical or emotional
of the privilege of interpreting every face, every choice, every color of tomorrow;
stripping them of the power to hold you back from new discoveries.
It’s realizing that memory can preserve what has been
without turning it into the destiny of what will be.

ANGER
Anger overwhelms you
it takes hold of you without your permission before you can shake it off...
How many times
have you found yourself saying “it’s okay” or convincing yourself that something is fine when, in reality, it’s not okay at all...
How many times have you let things slide
when it would have been more uncomfortable but wiser to confront them?
Many believe that getting angry is a character flaw,
a reaction to be ashamed of,
an “un-Zen” attitude.
But anger is never the problem
it’s always the symptom.
This emotion “raises its voice”
when, for too long, you’ve kept a low profile
being understanding and indulgent toward those who haven’t been equally so toward you.
Whatever the source of the anger
whether it stems from a neglected grudge
whose traces keep growing—
when anger takes over,
it does so with a fierce clash,
and you always end up facing only yourself.
Anger
should not be ignored;
it doesn’t leave a permanent mark
it’s a fierce storm,
but a fleeting one.
Once the anger has subsided,
it must be channeled,
it must be transformed,
it must be recycled into love… for what you do.
Today I know that creativity
is the best vehicle for preventing anger from destroying you, but rather for turning it into the fuel for your freedom.
